Design for a new office building with a structure that expresses a new flexibility that, through the introduction of new geometries and modelling techniques, maximises floor space while creating new and flexibly shared spaces for the building. A continuous ramp rises through the building. By introducing split level floor plates and the subtle ramping of circulation, the entire building becomes an atrium. The ramp is inhabited by meeting areas, seating areas and hot desking points. It brings light and multiple possibilities for communication throughout the building. The traditional rigid office layout of core and slab is replaced with the organisational concept of wayfinding
