| The
courthouse is divided into three zones: inner zone, outer zone and
a strib of courts where inner and outer zone meets as the third zone.
The different zones shows in the skin covering the volume of the building,
it is divided into three stribs allowing for natural daylight to penetrate
through and into the courts. A double heigh glass atrium raised one
storey above ground level meets the vistitor, this space gives acces
to all the 13 courtrooms and keep a visual connection to the urban
park, square and the mountains surrounding Bergen. |
