Urban Flashes International Workshop.Taipei, Taiwan. An Anglo-Asian urban workshop I jointly organized with Chis Workshop, Taipei, with six participants from the UK and six from the Far East and Australia. The workshop, of 75 students, made proposals for the abandoned Hwa Sen district in central Taipei. A second workshop is planned for Seoul in October 2000.
